本文报告67例不同类型再生障碍性贫血(AA)进行自身或异体胎肝细胞悬液输注(FLT)有效率达76%。提示FLT是治疗各种类型AA的有效方法之一,特别是难治AA。同时观察到自身FLT疗效明显佳于异体者,短期内连续FLT可使疗效相应提高,而FLT后不中断雄性激素、中药等治疗亦是重要一环。
This article reports an effective rate of 76% for self-or allogeneic fetal liver fluid suspension transfusion (FLT) in 67 different types of aplastic anemia (AA). Tip FLT is one of the effective treatments for various types of AA, especially refractory AA. At the same time, it was observed that the effect of self-FLT was better than that of other patients. In the short term, the effect of continuous FLT was improved. However, it was also an important part of the treatment that the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine was not interrupted after the FLT.
