我院从1984年用胎肝细胞输注(FLT)治疗3例血液病患者,计输注自制胎肝悬液11次。1例为急性淋巴细胞白血病(L_3型),患者经较长时间化疗,白细胞降至550/mm~3,经小量多次输血及中药、升白细胞药物治疗,白细胞回升缓慢,当白细胞回升至1600/mm~3时,加用FLT治疗。输注后患者精神及食欲好转,白细胞渐上升至正常,达7400/mm~3。经输注3次无副反应。1例为何杰金氏病患者,经COPP方案
