【管理哲学】教育是一项永远指向未来、处于不断演化提升中的人类活动。作为一名校长, 在直接从事教育管理的过程中,我把求索创新、诚心履践的“行”的思想作为我的管理哲学,作为撬动我的教育理想的支点。“行”的精神内核是给学生的身心成长提供最有养分的一方水土,“行”的外在追求是在为社会提供优质的教育服务, 这样的内外张力始终激励着我以昂扬的姿态,行走在不断求索的实验求新的道路上。以“行”抑“止”,以“创”代“守”,是我进行学校管理的指导思想,也是我在某些人眼里“爱折腾、善折腾”的精神内核。
[Management Philosophy] Education is an activity of humanity that always points to the future and is constantly evolving. As a principal, in the process of directly engaging in education and management, I regard the idea of “going” that seeks innovation and sincere practice as my management philosophy as the fulcrum to shake my education ideal. The spiritual core of “walking” is to provide the most nutritious water and soil for students’ physical and mental growth. The external pursuit of “walking” is to provide quality education services for the society. This internal and external tension has always inspired my high-spirited attitude. Walking on the path of continuous innovation and experimentation. Taking “behaviour” and “stopping” and “creating” on behalf of “shou” are the guiding ideology for my school management, and it is also the core spirit of “loving and tossing” in the eyes of some people.
