目前整形美容的人数逐年增加,并逐渐成为一种主流。此类手术对医生及医护的要求十分严苛,使得医院的整容美容手术护理风险提高。浙江省杭州整形医院对近年来医院发生的护理风险事件进行分析发现,护理风险主要是因护理人员责任心不强、护理技术不够娴熟、缺乏与患者的沟通、对手术风险的预见性评估差。为此,医院制定对策,加强规章制度建设,提高护理人员素质,将“以人为本”的理念深入每个护理人员心中,更好地为患者提供服务,结果护理人员的综合素质不断提升,大幅降低了整形美容手术的护理风险。
