随着中国对于开放电信市场承诺的逐步履行,竞争不断加剧,“资费调整”势在必行。中国民族移动通信企业应把握好机遇,根据博弈论经典模型———豪泰林模型所体现的理性竞争实质来看,在短暂的WTO过渡期内,中国移动通信企业应当尽快掌握理性竞争战略,以增强实力,迎接挑战。同时,从国外成熟的移动通信业发展来看,定价必须要顾及广大消费者福利,实现公平。对此,本文采用西方经济学规范分析方法进行了说明。
With the gradual fulfillment of China’s commitment to the liberalization of the telecommunications market and increasing competition, “tariff adjustment” is imperative. According to the essence of rational competition represented by the classic game theory model, the model of rational competition, China Mobile Communications Corporation should grasp the rational competition strategy as soon as possible in the short transition period of WTO, To enhance the strength to meet the challenges. At the same time, judging from the development of the mature mobile communication industry in foreign countries, pricing must take into account the welfare of consumers and achieve fairness. In this regard, this paper uses the normative analysis of Western economics to illustrate.
