　　Recently, five zebrafish ortholog of human angiogenin (hANG) genes, which known as ZF-RNase-1/2/3/4/5 respectively, have been identified and studied. Among these five members, the ZF-RNase-5 is the most similar to hANG in three-dimensional structure,thermodynamic behavior and biological properties.
