With the development of electric power industry and widely using of electronic products, public concerns have been raised about possible health effects of occupational and environmental exposure to extremely low frequency magnetic fields (ELF MF). Epidemiological studies have suggested that exposure to environmental ELF MF may be associated with increased risks of different diseases, such as cancer, Alzheimers disease and adverse birth outcome.
