Tostudy the function of the hemolin protein ,we analysised the Sequences of hemolin, and found the homology of Bombyx mori(domestic silkworm) with those of other specieswas 60. 78%. Then, a pET system was used to express hemolin in E. coli to purify hemolin from silkworm pupa naturally, rapidly and effectively.
