山东4号和鲁白1号是两个丰产、优质、抗逆性强、栽培性状一致的大白菜一代杂交种.这两个杂交种自1983年由山东省农业科学院蔬菜研究所转让微山县繁殖,向省内外供种.五年来,我们配制种子共计129吨以上,推广面积129万多亩,社会经济效益十分显著.自交不亲和系冠291,是这两个杂交种的共同亲本,采用剥蕾授粉的常规方法繁殖,劳动强度大,费工多,成本高.受甘肃农业大学安彩泰等“用化学方法克服油菜等芸薹属作物自交不亲和性的研究”的启
