江苏省农科院现代化研究所的研究表明,机插水稻亩产在500公斤以上,基本同手插大苗持平。为培育适于机插的标准化秧苗,在稻麦两熟制地区,宜选用穗粒兼顾型品种,亩播种量为400～450公斤。秧龄15～18天,要求苗高为12～18厘米,叶龄3～3.5叶,亩插9～11万株,每穴插4～5苗。如因茬口等原因,需延长秧龄,可于一叶一心叶时,每亩秧田喷多效唑纯量20克,有矮化秧苗及不减少维管束数的效
