随着我国的改革开放,在世界经济全球化、信息全球化的时代背景下,我国与世界各国联系的越来越紧密,我国已从原有的双语教育逐步向三语(苗语、汉语、英语)教育发展。本文简要分析了国外三语教育发展的经验以及国内内蒙古地区三语教育发展的概况,剖析了贵州省黔东南州苗族三语教育存在的问题并提出相应的对策,论述了国内、外三语教育对贵州省黔东南州苗族三语教育的启示。
With the reform and opening up in our country, under the background of economic globalization and information globalization in our country, our country has become more and more closely connected with other countries in the world. From the original bilingual education, our country has gradually shifted to the three languages (Mulan, Chinese, English) Education Development. This article briefly analyzes the experience of the development of foreign language education in China and the general situation of the development of the three language education in Inner Mongolia of China. It also analyzes the existing problems of Miao ethnic education in Qiandongnan Prefecture in Guizhou Province and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
