铸铁直管切成标准长度,原采用三爪卡盘卡紧,劳动强度很大。改用自动卡管装置后,提高了效率。自动卡紧装置用三爪卡盘夹紧,然后将铸铁管套入卡管装置,靠偏心轮实现自动卡紧,如图1所示。当卡管装置转动时,偏心轮和铸管表面接触而转动,结果使接触面越转越紧,带动铸管一起转动。卡管装置的结构如图2所示,卡紧轮共三个,其中两个是偏心的,设置三个轮的中心时,应按中心圆均匀分布,使D_1=D_2+D_3。

The structure of the pipe clamping device is shown in FIG. 2. There are three clamping wheels, two of which are eccentric. When the centers of the three wheels are set, they should be evenly distributed along the central circle so that D_1 = D_2 + D_3.
