我厂生产柴油机飞轮齿圈,原来采用自由锻方法,但由于效率低、精度差、耗料多、劳动强度大,产量和质量都不能满足生产发展的需要。从一九六八年开始,改为自由锻加扩孔校正工艺。设计制造了一套扩孔校正模,在300吨摩擦压力机上进行扩孔和平面校正。经过多年的使用,效果良好:减轻了劳动强度,基本上消灭了锻件废品,减少了燃料消耗,其它经济指标对比如下表。工艺分析柴油机的飞轮齿圈,由于外圆、内孔尺寸较大而高度很小,各厂根据自己的情况,既有采用型钢弯曲对焊的,也有采用扩孔机进行辗扩生产的,但更多的是采用自由锻造的方法。因为后者不需要专用设备,适于小批量生产。
