坚持贴近实际、贴近生活、贴近群众,是用“三个代表”重要思想统领思想政治工作的必然要求,也是坚持和贯彻党的思想路线和群众路线的具体体现。在地勘单位企业化经营的新形势下,要把思想政治工作做实、做活、做出成效,就要坚持以“三贴近”为突破口,积极探索加强和改进思想政治工作的办法和规律。结合我们江西省煤田地质局的工作实际,笔者有以下几点认识。
To adhere to reality, to living close to the masses is an inevitable requirement of using the important thinking of the ’Three Represents’ to lead ideological and political work as well as a concrete embodiment of upholding and implementing the party’s ideological line and the mass line. Under the new situation of enterprise management in geological prospecting units, if we want to make the ideological and political work a reality, work, and make achievements, we must adhere to the principle of “three closerness” and take the initiative to explore ways and laws for strengthening and improving ideological and political work. Combined with the actual work of our coal geological bureau in Jiangxi Province, the author has the following understanding.
