中药汤剂多为复方,其煎液中含有许多成分,推测除含原生药的成分外,还可能含有在煎煮过程中不同生药相互作用产生的新成分。另外各生药成分的含量因受其它共存生药的影响也会发生变化。为了观察汤剂在煎制过程中生药成分间的量变和质量的动向,富森等人取中医方剂中使用率较高的甘草,做为样板,使甘草与其它生药1:1配伍,探讨与其配伍生药种类不同煎液中甘草酸(以下简称G)的量变情况,有些发现,摘报如下。
The traditional Chinese medicine decoction is mostly compound, and its decoction contains many components. It is presumed that in addition to the ingredients containing the original drug, it may also contain a new component produced by the interaction of different crude drugs in the boiling process. In addition, the content of each crude drug component also changes due to the influence of other coexisting crude drugs. In order to observe the quantitative changes and quality trends of crude drug ingredients during the decoction process, Fusen et al. took the licorice with a higher usage rate of traditional Chinese medicine formulas as a model to make licorice 1:1 compatible with other crude drugs and explore their compatibility. The amount of glycyrrhizic acid (hereinafter abbreviated as G) in different decoctions of crude drug types was found to have changed. Some findings were reported below.
