本文报导雷公藤T_Ⅱ(由江苏皮肤病防治研究所提取)与黄精提取物 P_0(本院临床医学实验科药理实验室提取)在体外试验中,对T淋巴细胞的作用,初步发现,雷公藤T_Ⅱ具有抑制T细胞转化和形成自然花环细胞(ERFC)的能力;黄精P_0则可使部分细胞免疫功能低下的病人,其淋巴细胞的转化率和ERFC百分率提高。方法: ~3H-胸腺嘧啶核苷(~H-TdR)掺入淋巴细胞转化试验: 基本上参照我室过去所用方法。所用培养基为RPMI 1640培基,加入20%小牛血清及谷胺酰胺100毫克%,分装每管3毫升,加入1%PHA(自制)0.2毫升,健康人或病人肝素抗凝血0.2毫升。每份标本同时接种6管
