“珍菊降压片”(菊乐宁)是我厂应用中西药物结合试制新药的一个尝试.此药自1976年10月拟定处方并扩大临床后,经过二年来的临床实践,初步认为具有较好的降低血压和改善自觉症状的作用.经有完整资料的333例高血压患者临床疗效统计,降压总有效率为78.9%(其中显效44.1%),改善症状的总有效率为80.3%.本品适用于各期各型高血压,兼有剂量小、起效快和副作用少等优点,已于1978年2月通过鉴定.现就试制中的若干问题探讨于下:
