中国建筑第一工程局科研所多年来开展了机械阻抗法检验桩基质量应用研究工作。通过模拟试验和北京中旅大厦等8个工程152根桩的工程实测,得出了北京地区地质条件下不同类型桩的导纳曲线图,验证和充实了桩基质量判别准则,可以对桩的各种缺陷(断裂、缩径、孔洞、离析、弱锚固等)及在桩身中出现的位置作出较为准确的判断。对有静载试验的工程进行了动静对比后,可估算桩的容许承载力;并对传感器安放位置及桩顶外露钢筋长短对测试结果的影响进行了有效探索。该项成果已
The Scientific Research Institute of the China Construction First Engineering Bureau has carried out the mechanical impedance test to examine the application and quality of the pile foundation for many years. Through simulation tests and actual measurement of 152 piles of eight projects in China Travel Service Building, the admittance curves of different types of piles in the geological conditions in Beijing have been obtained, and the criteria for quality evaluation of pile foundations have been verified and enriched. A variety of defects (fractures, shrinkage, holes, segregation, weak anchorage, etc.) and the locations where they appear in the pile are used to make more accurate judgments. After the dynamic and static comparison of the static load test project, the allowable bearing capacity of the pile can be estimated; and the influence of the placement position of the sensor and the exposed length of the top of the pile on the test results is effectively explored. The result has been
