为了进一步促进乡镇企业大发展、大提高,努力实现从计划经济向市场经济、从粗放经营向集约经营转变,现就有关政策问题作如下决定:一、加快乡镇企业人才培养步伐。充分利用湖北大、中专院校多的优势,多形式、多途径培养乡镇企业人才,其中大、中专委培计划每年不少于1000人;招生政策适当放宽,由乡镇企业主管部门会同省计委、省教委做好招生的具体工作。建立健全乡镇企业教育和培训机构,充分发挥各级乡镇企业培圳中心的功能作用,大力培训各类乡镇
