图1所示,是高效多工位的成组铣夹具,用于铣削一组零件的平面,零件工艺简图如图2。一、夹具结构特点本夹具采用高效多工位夹紧机构,总体结构较简单,使用灵活可靠。夹具由定位及夹紧两部分构成。 1.定位部分由可换式调整件六角支承KH1、基铁KH2、垫铁KH3及通用垫板2组成。垫板2与底盘1由沉头螺钉连为一体。该夹具以更换不同调整件的方法适应不同零件的加工。加工本组零件的调整程序是:
