以DVB为偶联剂,用阴离子聚合工艺制得了SB二嵌段星型聚合物。用气相色谱法研究了在偶联反应中工业DVB中四个组份(p-DVB、m-DVB、m-EVB、p-EVB)的反应活性。用GPC估算了不同时间下的偶联效率,并对偶联反应历程进行了讨论。实验结果表明,工业DVB的四个组份各自均服从一级反应机理,它们的活性次序为: k_(app)(p-DVB)>>k_(app)(m-DVB)>k_(app)(m-EVB)>k_(app)(p-EVB) 在适当条件下,合成了一定臂数的星型共聚物,并对其性能进行了研究。
Using DVB as coupling agent, SB diblock star polymers were prepared by anionic polymerization. The reactivity of the four components (p-DVB, m-DVB, m-EVB, p-EVB) in industrial DVB in the coupling reaction was investigated by gas chromatography. The coupling efficiencies at different times were estimated by GPC, and the course of the coupling reaction was discussed. The experimental results show that the four components of the industrial DVB are each subject to the first-order reaction mechanism and their order of activity is: k app app (p-DVB) >> k app app (m-DVB)> k app (m-EVB)> k app (p-EVB) Under appropriate conditions, a certain number of star-shaped copolymers were synthesized and their properties were studied.
