由南京水利科学研究所、水利部工管司和对外司共同组成的考察团,于1981年11月访问了日本。考察任务主要是了解日本水利工程中土石坝与地基工程的原体观测技术与组织管理、室内岩土特性测试(包括离心模型装置)及现场勘探测试,以加强我国水利工程原体观测设备与室内外测试仪器的设计、制造及组织管理,充分发挥现有工程的效益,并改进今后水利工程的建设技术。在日考察期间,共访问了日中经济协会、农林水产省、建设省和日本土质工学会等四个领导机
A delegation composed of the Nanjing Institute of Hydraulic Research, the Department of Hydraulic Engineering and the Foreign Affairs Department visited Japan in November 1981. The mission of the study is to understand the original observation technology and organization and management of earth-rock dams and foundation works in Japan’s water conservancy projects, indoor geotechnical property tests (including centrifugal model devices) and on-site exploration and testing to strengthen the original observation equipment and indoor water conservancy projects in China External test equipment design, manufacturing and organization and management, give full play to the effectiveness of existing projects, and improve the construction of water conservancy projects in the future. During the visit to Japan, a total of four were interviewed by the Japan Economic Association, the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, the Ministry of Construction and Japan’s Geotechnical Engineering Association and other four leading machine
