国药控股拟10月赴港上市作为国内最大的医药分销商,复星旗下的国药控股赴港上市计划筹备已久,近期有望实质性启动。据香港媒体报道,国药控股计划最快今年10月赴香港上市,初步估计筹资将超过20亿港元,保荐人为瑞银及中金。但目前国药控股上市计划仍需要通过证监会审批,所以具体的上市时间表以及融资额还不明确。
Sinopharm to be listed in Hong Kong in October As the largest pharmaceutical distributor in China, Sinopharm’s Fosun Pharma has planned to go public in Hong Kong for a long time and is expected to start substantively in the near future. According to Hong Kong media reports, Sinopharm Holdings plans to go to Hong Kong in October this year, the initial estimate of funding will be more than 2 billion Hong Kong dollars, sponsors UBS and CICC. However, currently Sinopharm’s listing plan still needs to be examined and approved by the CSRC, so the specific listing schedule and the amount of financing are not yet clear.
