This presentation reports out researches on the automatic detection and manipulation of particles and cells in a microfluidic chip.A differential resistive pulse sensor is developed and employed to continually detect and sizing particles.Due to the noise cancelling effect, the S/N is greatly improved.As a result, detection of 220nm particles was achieved with a relative larger sensing gate.
