孟××,男,44岁,住院号162700,因患慢性肾炎14年,双手、足关节肿痛10年,病情加重并渐出现小关节附近痛性结节及皮肤破溃2年,于1983年10月21日入院。查体:血压180/110,贫血貌,体温不高,心肺正常,下肢轻度浮肿,左手第二指关节及左足第五蹠趾关节肿胀明显。双足跟肿甚,皮肤破溃并有白色干酪样物(痛风石)排出。尿蛋白(+++),红细胞8～10个/高倍,颗粒管型1～2个/高倍,血尿
