古人云:“感人心者,莫先乎于情。”当代教育心理学研究也指出:情感教育是最高层次的有效的教育章程。教育要似水一般滋润学生的心田,使学生感同身受,达到育人的目的。结合多年的教育经验,就如何做到师爱如水,教育无痕展开了积极探讨,旨在拉近师生之间的距离,增进师生之间感情,促进教育工作的更好开展。
The ancients said: “Heart-touching person, Mo first love.” Contemporary educational psychology also pointed out: emotional education is the highest level of effective education charter. Education should be like water to moisten the hearts of students so that students will feel empathy and achieve the purpose of educating people. Combining years of educational experience, we have actively explored how to make teachers love water and education traceless. The aim is to narrow the distance between teachers and students, enhance the feelings between teachers and students, and promote the better development of education.
