目的:评估重症监护室(ICU)中西医结合治疗重症急性胰腺炎的疗效。方法:从周口市东新区人民医院在2015年12月份至2016年12月期间收治的重症急性胰腺炎患者中按照排除纳入标准选择其中的51例患者作为本次研究对象。按照患者的治疗意向将其分为两组,对照组患者为26例,采用常规肠胃减压、血容量保持和电解质、水平衡等治疗,观察组患者为25例,在常规治疗同时使用中药汤剂治疗,对两组患者的治疗效果进行比较分析。结果:观察组患者住院天数、肠功能恢复时间以及病症的稳定情况和对照组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于ICU重症急性胰腺炎患者采用中西医结合方法治疗,可以使患者的临床症状得到显著改善。
Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of Integrative Medicine (ICU) in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis. Methods: From 51 patients with severe acute pancreatitis who were treated in Dongxin District People ’s Hospital of Zhoukou City from December 2015 to December 2016, 51 patients were selected as excluded from this study. The patients were divided into two groups according to their intention of treatment. The patients in the control group were 26 cases. Conventional gastrointestinal decompression, maintenance of blood volume, electrolytes and water balance were used. The patients in observation group were 25 cases. Agent treatment, the comparative analysis of the treatment effect of two groups of patients. Results: The days of hospitalization, the recovery time of intestinal function and the stability of illness in the observation group were significantly different from those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of Integrative Medicine in ICU patients with severe acute pancreatitis can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
