针对矿井实际工况,设计了一种基于无线传输的多绳摩擦式提升机载荷监测系统。该系统通过油压传感器、数据采集装置、无线传输模块和LabView上位机等实时监测提升机钢丝绳的实际载荷,判断提升机钢丝绳张力差是否超出规定最大值,提升机是否超载,卸煤是否彻底等,并在故障发生时发出报警信号,为提升机司机和检修人员提供可靠的数值判断依据,避免钢丝绳张力严重不平衡、提升超载甚至重复装载等提升事故的发生。
According to the actual working conditions of mines, a multi-rope friction hoist load monitoring system based on wireless transmission was designed. The system monitors the actual load of hoist wire rope in real time through oil pressure sensor, data acquisition device, wireless transmission module and LabView PC to judge if the tension difference of hoist wire rope exceeds the specified maximum value, whether the hoist is overloaded, whether the unloading is complete or not , And issued a warning signal when the fault occurred, providing credible numerical judgment basis for the hoist driver and maintenance personnel, avoiding serious unbalance of the tension of the wire rope, increasing overload and even repeated loading to enhance the accident occurrence.
