自吡啶偶氮间二氨基甲苯类试剂用作显色剂后光度分析测定镍又增加一些方法。作者曾对5-Cl-PADAT、5-Br-PADAT、3.5-diBr-PADAT三者和镍的显色反应进行比较,结果以5-Br-PADAT-Ni形成的红色螯合物的灵敏度较高(ε=6.1×10~4)。目前尚未见到5-Br-PADAT-Ni络合物和阴离子作用的报导。本文对高氯酸钠、氯化物、硫酸铵、硝酸钾、溴化钾存在下和5-Br-PADAT-Ni的显色反应作了对比试验,发现高氯酸钠有增色作用,摩尔吸光系数为ε=8.4×10~4,用等克分子法求得络合物组成比Ni:R=1:2。
Spectrophotometric analysis of nickel since pyridylazane diaminotoluene reagent used as a developer adds another method to nickel. The authors compared the color reaction of 5-Cl-PADAT, 5-Br-PADAT, 3.5-diBr-PADAT with nickel and found that the red chelate formed with 5-Br-PADAT-Ni had higher sensitivity (ε = 6.1 × 10 -4). No reports of 5-Br-PADAT-Ni complexes and anions have been reported so far. In this paper, the color reaction of 5-Br-PADAT-Ni with sodium perchlorate, chloride, ammonium sulfate, potassium nitrate and potassium bromide was compared. It was found that sodium perchlorate has the effect of increasing color and the molar absorptivity Ε = 8.4 × 10 ~ 4, using the same molar ratio of the complex composition ratio Ni: R = 1: 2.
