本文提出用1,5-二(2-羟基-5-氯苯基)-3-氰基甲(?)(HCPCF)及吐温-80(聚氧乙烯失水梨糖醇单油酸酯)作钙与镁的同时光度测定的试剂。将氰基甲(?)衍生物在光度测定中的应用范围扩展至强碱性介质。钙及镁与HCPCF均形成1:1络合物。在吐温-80存在时则形成1:2络合物,且络合物吸收峰红移。钙、镁络合物的摩尔吸光系数相应为4.5×10~4,5.4×10~4。用吸光光度法测定了络合物的表观稳定常数。本法检测线性范围为0~2.5×10~(-5)M钙或镁。用HCPCF及吐温-80测得钙、镁合量,继用EGTA掩蔽钙后测定镁,差减法得钙量。
In this paper, we propose the use of 1,5-bis (2-hydroxy-5-chlorophenyl) -3-cyanomethylalanine (HCPCF) and Tween-80 (polyoxyethylene sorbitan monooleate) Reagents for the simultaneous determination of calcium and magnesium. The cyanide (?) Derivatives in photometry applications extended to strong alkaline medium. Calcium and magnesium and HCPCF are formed 1: 1 complex. In the presence of Tween-80, a 1: 2 complex is formed, and the complex absorbs red shifts. The molar extinction coefficients of calcium and magnesium complexes are 4.5 × 10 ~ 4 and 5.4 × 10 ~ 4, respectively. The apparent stability constant of complex was determined by spectrophotometry. The linear range of this method is 0 ~ 2.5 × 10 ~ (-5) M calcium or magnesium. With HCPCF and Tween -80 measured calcium and magnesium content, followed by EGTA masking calcium after the determination of magnesium, subtractive calcium was obtained.
