在我国进入WTO后,医疗服务行业作为第三产业进一步被推向市场,医院的生存和经营环境发生了深刻的变化。医院要实现可持续发展,就需要通过科学的管理,实现资源的最大效益。为达到这样的要求,医院应加强内部管理。本文对加强医院内部管理的措施进行了探讨,这些措施将有助于医院加强内部管理,全面提升服务能力,保证人民群众对健康的需求。
After China entered the WTO, the medical service industry is further marketed as a tertiary industry. The survival and business environment of the hospital has undergone profound changes. To achieve sustainable development, hospitals need to realize the maximum benefit of resources through scientific management. To meet such a requirement, hospitals should strengthen their internal management. This article explores the measures to strengthen the internal management of hospitals. These measures will help hospitals to strengthen internal management, comprehensively enhance their service capabilities and ensure people’s health needs.
