经济增长的过程从某种程度上说就是产业结构有序演变的过程,没有产业结构的演变,就没有经济的持续增长。台湾从20世纪50年代起,经历了从农业到工业再到服务业为产业重心的产业演进过程。经过几十年的演进,台湾产业结构高度化已取得了显著的成效,表现最为明显的是第三产业蓬勃发展,出口产品结构进一步优化以及资本密集型产业和高技术密集型产业成长迅速。然而,其高度化过程也同样存在着不少制约因素,一些问题可能成为台湾经济发展的绊脚石。当前,祖国大陆正面临着新一轮的产业结构调整,如何借鉴台湾经验,避免其走过的弯路,以及扩大海峡两岸产业协作,促进两岸的共同繁荣,是本文所要探讨的。
To some extent, the process of economic growth is the orderly evolution of the industrial structure. Without the evolution of the industrial structure, there will be no sustained economic growth. Since the 1950s, Taiwan has undergone a process of industrial evolution from agriculture to industry to service industry as the industry’s center of gravity. After decades of gradual progress, Taiwan’s industrial structure has achieved remarkable results. The most obvious manifestation is the vigorous development of tertiary industry, the further optimization of the structure of export products and the rapid growth of capital-intensive industries and high-tech-intensive industries. However, there are also many constraints on its process of elevation. Some problems may become a stumbling block to Taiwan’s economic development. At present, the motherland is facing a new round of industrial restructuring. How to learn from Taiwan’s experience and avoid the detours it has taken and how to expand industrial cooperation across the Taiwan Strait and promote cross-Strait common prosperity are the topics to be explored in this article.
