随着数字技术与互联网的快速发展,传统的著作权集体管理体系面临着前所未有的挑战和考验,数字时代的科技创新在给著作权集体管理制度带来挑战的同时,也为解决著作权集体管理组织在数字环境下面临的问题提供了基本的手段。面对保护著作权人权益与简易迅速授权作品使用的双重压力,有必要就著作权集体管理制度与数字时代技术创新的互动关系进行研究,以期探索建立足以因应数字环境下作品流通的著作权管理制度。
With the rapid development of digital technology and the Internet, the traditional copyright collective management system is facing unprecedented challenges and tests.
