人是要有一点精神的。地处葛洲坝的水电部劳动保护科研所的科技人员，不迷信、不畏难、有志气，对进口设备中违反我国劳动保护技术标准的结构进行治理，重新设计、大胆革新，取得很好效果。他们对引进设备的消化、吸收和改造方面，在劳动保护战线树立了一个榜样。
People should be a little spirit. The science and technology personnel of the Research Institute of Labor Protection of the Ministry of Electric Power and Electricity in Gezhouba are not superstitious, fearless and ambitious. They governed, redesigned and boldly reformed the imported equipment in violation of the technical standards for labor protection and achieved good results. They set an example on the labor protection front in regard to the digestion, absorption and transformation of imported equipment.
