本文论述了交叉产业生态化发展的理论内涵和必要性,认为交叉产业生态化是有效促进工业化、城镇化和农业现代化“三化”同步协调发展的连接点与着手点。产业生态化分为内部产业生态化、交叉产业生态化和外部产业生态化,交叉产业生态化是三化同步发展的核心内容;从指导思想、生态技术、生态链构建、生态化政策制度几个方面,提出了促进三化同步发展的对策措施。
