中国科学院资源环境科学信息中心在院有关部门的支持下,一直坚持为国家科技规划、重大科学决策提供相关背景资料,进行战略情报和学科情报研究,在全球变化研究和地球系统科学领域,在国家黄金工业、天然气工业的发展战略方面,在西部大开发、恢复生态学与生态环境建设方面,都先后提供了大量的信息资料,并获得了有关部门和科技界专家的好评。中心在进入创新以后,进一步加强了这方面工作。 1.在院政策局和出版委支持下,立项进行国际科学发展态势与中国科技发展现状的比较研究,先后对中国和中国科学院在国际上的科学论文产出与科学影响力进行了分析评价,并提供了与法国科研中心、德国马普学会的比较数据,得出了较为客观的认识。
With the support of the departments concerned, CASS has always been committed to providing relevant background information for the national science and technology planning and major scientific decision-making and conducting strategic intelligence and academic information research. In the fields of global change research and earth system science, In terms of the development strategy of the gold industry and the natural gas industry, a great deal of information and materials have been provided in the large-scale development of the western region, the restoration of ecology and the construction of the ecological environment. The information has been well received by relevant departments and experts from the scientific and technological fields. After entering the center of innovation, the center has further strengthened its work in this area. 1. With the support of the Bureau Policy Bureau and the Publishing Commission, the project conducts a comparative study on the status of international scientific development and the status quo of China's science and technology development. It has analyzed and evaluated the output of international scientific papers and the scientific influence of China and the Chinese Academy of Sciences. And provided a comparison with the French Research Center and Mapun Institute of German, which led to a more objective understanding.
