研究了应用于北极地区的某管线X80螺旋埋弧焊管,对其母材、焊接热影响区的强度和韧性、环焊缝的韧性、环焊缝和管体纵向之间的过匹配进行了分析。研究结果表明,X80螺旋焊管能够满足北极地区基于应变设计的苛刻要求。另外,焊接工艺的选择对焊接热影响区韧性有显著的影响,修改焊接工艺可以改进焊缝性能,管体横向和纵向强度之间适当的平衡可以实现环焊缝与管体的过匹配。
The X80 spiral submerged arc welded pipe used in the Arctic was studied. The strength and toughness of the base metal, the heat affected zone (HAZ), the toughness of the girth weld, the over-matching between the girth weld and the longitudinal direction of the pipe were analyzed . The results show that the X80 spiral welded pipe meets the stringent design requirements of the Arctic based on strain. In addition, the choice of welding process has a significant influence on the toughness of the HAZ. Modification of the welding process can improve the performance of the weld. The proper balance between the horizontal and vertical strength of the pipe body can achieve over-matching of the girth weld and the pipe body.
