本文首次从生晒参中用RP_(18)—HPLC法分离出两种人参多肽(Ginseng peptides,GP),分别是分子量1000的11肽和分子量1300的12肽。它们具有降低2BS细胞内多糖的含量和增强2BS细胞内琥珀酸脱氢酶的活力作用。
In this paper, for the first time, two ginseng peptides (GPs) were separated from ginseng by RP_(18)-HPLC method, which were 11 peptides with a molecular weight of 1000 and 12 peptides with a molecular weight of 1300. They have the effect of reducing the intracellular polysaccharide content of 2BS and enhancing the activity of succinate dehydrogenase in 2BS cells.
