位于北京西郊的专科医院——北京胸科医院——已成为北京地区“非典”危重病人的收治中心。从3月27日第一例“非典”病人入院,4月15日转移全部非“非典”病人成为“非典”专科医院,到4月28日记者采访的当日止,该院已收治“非典”危重病人累计250人,治愈出院9人,死亡20人。据院方介绍,最高峰的时候,这里一夜就接收了从其他医院转来的“非典”危重患者46人
The specialist hospital in Beijing’s western suburbs, the Beijing Chest Hospital, has become the center of treatment for critically ill SARS patients in Beijing. From March 27th, the first case of SARS patients was admitted to the hospital. On April 15th, all non-SARS patients were transferred to SARS specialist hospitals. On the day of the April 28 interview, the hospital had received SARS treatment. A total of 250 critically ill patients were cured, 9 were discharged, and 20 were dead. According to the hospital’s introduction, when the highest peak was reached, there were 46 SARS critical patients who had been transferred from other hospitals overnight.
