目的研究四君子汤总多糖及各单味药多糖对大鼠小肠上皮细胞株IEC-6细胞增殖的影响。方法以IEC-6细胞为研究对象,采用四甲基偶氮唑蓝(MTT)比色法,观察四君子汤总多糖及各单味药多糖对该细胞增殖的影响。结果各多糖的作用存在差异,茯苓多糖具有明显的促进细胞生长的作用,甘草多糖与党参多糖作用不显著,而白术多糖则具有明显的抑制细胞生长的作用。当采用每两味多糖组合时,结果表明所有两组多糖作用强度远不如四君子汤总多糖。结论四君子汤总多糖的作用可能是各种单味药多糖综合作用的结果,也提示中药复方用药具有一定的合理性。
Objective To investigate the effect of total polysaccharides of Sijunzi decoction and polysaccharides of each herb on the proliferation of rat intestinal epithelial cell line IEC-6. Methods IEC-6 cells were used as the research object. MTT colorimetry was used to observe the effects of total polysaccharides of Sijunzi decoction and polysaccharides of each herb on the proliferation of the cells. RESULTS: There were differences in the effects of the polysaccharides. The polysaccharides from Lycium barbarum had obvious effects on promoting cell growth. Glycyrrhiza polysaccharides had no significant effect on Dangshen polysaccharides, while Atractylodes macrocephala polysaccharides had obvious effects on inhibiting cell growth. When using a combination of each of the two flavor polysaccharides, the results show that the strength of all two polysaccharides is far less than the total polysaccharide of Sijunzi Decoction. Conclusion The effect of total polysaccharides of Sijunzi decoction may be the result of the comprehensive action of various single-flavored polysaccharides, and it also suggests that the use of traditional Chinese medicine compound has certain rationality.
