主任、副主任、秘书长、各位委员:2007年全省和省级财政预算执行情况已向省十一届人大一次会议报告。2007年全省财政总决算和省级财政决算已经编成。现在,我受省人民政府委托,向省人大常委会报告2007年全省财政总决算和省级财政决算。
Director, Deputy Director, Secretary General and Members: The implementation of the provincial and provincial budgets in 2007 has been reported to the first session of the 11th NPC.
