目前,短波广播频率预报使用的是全球通用的ITU-R P.533长期预报方法,该方法比较适合做长期频率规划。但使用长期频率预报方法存在两个问题:一是不能反映我国地区的电离层变化特点;二是不能反映电离层短期变化的影响。因此用这种方法预报我国地区的可用频率会产生较明显的误差。为进一步开展短波广播频率短期预测研究,提高短波频率调度和效果分析的科学性、准确性,本文特在短波广播频率长期预报方法的基础上,提出短波广播频率短期预报方法研究的思路。
At present, the short-wave radio frequency forecasting uses the global long-term forecast method of ITU-R P.533, which is more suitable for long-term frequency planning. However, there are two problems with the long-term frequency forecasting method: first, it can not reflect the characteristics of ionospheric changes in China; second, it can not reflect the effects of short-term changes in the ionosphere. Therefore, using this method to forecast the available frequencies in our country will produce more obvious errors. In order to further study the short-term prediction of shortwave radio frequency and improve the scientific and accuracy of shortwave frequency scheduling and effect analysis, this paper puts forward the idea of shortwave radio frequency short-term forecasting method based on the shortwave radio frequency long-term forecasting method.
