前言近年来,随着高炉冶炼技术和操作水平的不断提高和熟料比的相应增加,对烧结矿质量提出了更高的要求。为使烧结矿具有良好的理化性质和冶金性能,以满足高炉冶炼过程的需要,烧结工作者加强了对产品质量的研究,取得了一定的成果。例如烧结料中添加白云石生产含MgO烧结矿,使烧结矿的质量提高,并改善了在高炉中的冶金性能。本文从含MgO烧结矿质量提高和强化高炉冶炼的机理进行了一些研究和探讨。
Preface In recent years, with the continuous improvement of blast furnace smelting technology and operation level and corresponding increase of clinker ratio, the quality of sinter is put forward higher requirements. In order to make the sinter have good physical and chemical properties and metallurgical properties to meet the needs of the blast furnace smelting process, sintering workers to strengthen the product quality research and achieved some results. For example, the addition of dolomite to the sinter to produce MgO-containing sinter improves the quality of the sinter and improves the metallurgical properties in the blast furnace. This article made some research and discussion on improving the quality of MgO sinter and strengthening the mechanism of blast furnace smelting.
