由于超高功率直流电弧炉(UHPDCEAF)炼钢过程是一个极为复杂的物理变化和化学反应过程,同时,在炼钢过程中存在着较强的非线性、不确定性、时变性和强耦合.对于这样一个复杂的过程,要建立它的精确数学模型是非常困难的,甚至是根本不可能的.根据大量的炼钢实践经验和统计数据,本文提出了一种基于常规控制和智能控制相结合的智能复合控制策略,这种方法已经成功地应用于UHPDCEAF炼钢过程之中,且该方法对于其它复杂生产过程控制也具有一定的指导意义
Due to UHPDCEAF steelmaking process is a very complex physical changes and chemical reaction process, at the same time, there is strong nonlinearity, uncertainty, time-varying and strong coupling in the process of steel making. For such a complicated process, it is very difficult, if not impossible, to establish its exact mathematical model. Based on a large amount of steelmaking experience and statistics, this paper presents an intelligent compound control strategy based on the combination of conventional control and intelligent control. This method has been successfully applied in the UHPDCEAF steelmaking process, and the method for other Complex production process control also has some guiding significance
