2005年深秋时节,李裕民先生新作《四库提要订误(增订本)》(以下简称《订误》)由中华书局刊行面市。展读新书,修订本比初版(书目文献出版社,1990)时分量几乎多一倍,增加近二百条,多年辛勤血汗熔铸成此厚厚一本。此部《订误》,订正《总目》四百五十条,加订正《四库未收书目提要》八条,共得四百五十八条,其中五分之四皆属宋金元各朝著述。李先生于宋史向有专攻,“文革”之前师从著名宋史权威邓广铭先生,“文革”期间分配到山西大学工作。山西自五代以降,历宋辽金元诸朝,遗篇固多,兼有丰富古迹。李先生从容于考古实物与传世文献之间,注重山西地方宋金元史资料勾沉,别辟宋史研究新领域。在不断积累过程中,对《四库全书总目》提要订误,渐有新得。
