【摘 要】
：
目的 探讨妊娠期高血压疾病孕妇血及其分娩的新生儿脐血血浆中抑制素(INH)和表皮生长因子(EGF)的水平变化及其对妊娠期高血压疾病发病及胎儿生长发育的影响.方法 采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA),检测65例妊娠期高血压疾病患者(观察组)及21例正常妊娠妇女(对照组)及其分娩的新生儿脐血血浆中INH、EGF水平.结果 观察组孕妇血浆INH水平为(499±52)ng/L,对照组为(421±36)ng
