Tolstoy Hagen, chairman of Virgin Cruises, was born in Norway and holds a bachelor’s degree in physics from the Norwegian Institute of Technology and an MBA from Harvard University. He was the chief executive officer of Royal Viking Shipping, a director of Holland America Cruises and Kloster Cruises, and a former partner of McKinsey Europe.
