目的:以“女子以肝为先天”的中医理论为基础,选用逍遥丸作为疏肝法的代表方,比较逍遥丸对排卵障碍模型大鼠子宫内膜雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)表达的影响。方法:雌性Wistar大鼠给予雷公藤多甙片,雌性SD大鼠注射丙酸睾丸酮,将2种排卵障碍成功模型大鼠随机分为模型组和治疗组(灌服逍遥丸),给药5周,择动情前期,断头取血,检测血清雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P);取子宫,进行免疫组织化学染色,观察子宫内膜ER、PR的表达。结果:2种模型组均表现为血清E2、P值异常,子宫内膜ER、PR表达降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05);经逍遥丸治疗后,均有不同程度的改善,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两治疗组血清E2及子宫内膜ER表达与正常组比较,差异无统计学意义。结论:逍遥丸可通过改善卵巢激素和子宫内膜ER、PR的表达治疗排卵障碍性疾病。
OBJECTIVES: Based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), “Xiaoyao Wan” was chosen as the representative of Shugan method, and the effect of Xiaoyao Pill on the expression of estrogen receptor (ER), endometrial estrogen receptor Hormone receptor (PR) expression. Methods: Female Wistar rats were given tripterygium glycosides tablets. Female SD rats were injected with testosterone propionate. The rats of two ovulation disorders were randomly divided into model group and treatment group (given Fufang Xiaoyao Pill) for 5 weeks The serum of estradiol (E2) and progesterone (P) were detected by dectectomy. The uterus was taken for immunohistochemical staining to observe the expression of ER and PR in the endometrium. Results: Serum E2 and P values were abnormal in both of the two model groups, and the expressions of ER and PR in endometrium were significantly lower than those in control group (P <0.01 or P <0.05) The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the expression of E2 and endometrial ER between the two treatment groups and the normal group. Conclusion: Xiaoyao Pills can improve the ovarian hormone and endometrial ER, PR expression of ovulation disorders.
