在工业试验及试验室动力学研究基础上,提出了一组氧气转炉反应的动力学模型。进而建立了一组非线性常微分方程组作为宏观的多元竞争反应速度方程,经结合计算机参数估算技术,用于描述氧气转炉熔池中钒和碳的动态行为。由数学模型获得的预报值与中间工厂试验结果符合程度较好。
Based on the industrial test and laboratory kinetics, a series of kinetic models of oxygen converter reaction are proposed. Then a set of nonlinear ordinary differential equations is established as the macroscopic multiple competitive reaction velocity equation, which is used to describe the dynamic behavior of vanadium and carbon in oxygen converter molten pool by combining computer parameter estimation techniques. The predicted values obtained from the mathematical model are in good agreement with the results of the intermediate plant test.
