用柠檬酸盐吸收二氧化硫来制备液体二氧化硫的工艺,国内首先在常州第二化工厂采用。1986年天津市硫酸厂也用柠檬酸盐法来制备液体二氧化硫。我们目前生产1吨液体SO_2的柠檬酸消耗量,还远远大于国外的指标。本法中柠檬酸盐溶液的再生和利用是工艺的关键问题。在柠檬酸盐溶液的分析中,困难之处。在于测定吸收液中柠檬酸的总量。我们采用在中性溶液中(pH=5左右),用乙酸铅来沉淀柠檬酸根阴离子使之生成柠檬酸铅白色沉淀的重量分析方法。现介绍于下:
